                                               Regina Dowd is the Founder and CEO of Strategic Search Associates, LLC.

Prior to founding Strategic Search Associates, she was a Senior Talent Acquisition Account Manager and member of the Board of Directors of TSR Consulting Services, Inc, (TSRI), a NASDAQ company founded in 1969 with current annual revenue of ~95M+.  In her role as an inside director, she was responsible for reviewing quarterly and annual financial statements, making recommendations regarding the company’s strategic roadmap, financial health, executive compensation along with addressing shareholder concerns. In her capacity of Senior Account Manager, she was responsible for opening, managing, and achieving top supply base rankings for her complex accounts including a large global professional services/big 4 accounting firm (40B revenue), an industry leading financial information/analytics/credit rating agency, and a large global investment bank (~1.5T AUM).   Regina also has strong experience within the healthcare industry where, earlier in her career, she served as a hospital administrator at New York Presbyterian-Weill Cornell Medical Center (NYP-WCMC) developing the first computerized tracking system for physician profiling and served as the medical / nursing subject matter expert working alongside the Ernst & Young (EY) team playing a pivotal role in the development and implementation of the first electronic medical record (EMR).  Regina’s broad experience and entrepreneurial spirit makes her an excellent choice to successfully lead Strategic Search Associates into the future.
